I bet they don't change the part of the "promise" from 12 point to 11. So far from what I have seen from new customers trying to get work done the "promise" has pretty much meant nothing. So what you are left with is a basic one year warranty.

I will be raising hell with them over this if this is true. Just a matter of principal.

When you really examine these Promises the only one that might have a chance beingreality or actually usefulis #12.Unless of course the new owners haven't receive their Coach-Net member information. Then scratch #12.

#5? It's a LIST given to the dealers. That's it, a list. We promise to give the dealers a list.....

Who is the marketing genius that came up with this dumb idea of a 12 point promiseanyway? Better left unsaid.

I did get the coach net information in the mail, really the only important thing. Out of principle, I called and complained to many people today, made it a point to waste as many peoples time as I could get on the phone. Its bullcrap they get away with treating their customers this way. If it matters, and obviously with the new management it doesnt, this is my third crossroads product and probably the last.

3 different people had no idea what I was talking about, even after I pointed them to where it was on their own website. Transfer to different extensions ended up in going in circles. Finally had one man tell me they would send it. I did not get any names because it was more or less principle to me, I didnt really care about the actual items. I cant stand to be lied to, and when you put something online and do not follow through, that is a lie in my book. Reminds me getting peed on your leg and telling you its raining outside.

I can't remember where, but I'm sure I read somewhere that when you register with your VIN online on the CR site, the package was to be sent out then. I guess thats a cost cutting measure. Its cheaper to pay someone to answer the phone and listen to all the complaints than it is to mail out a few 5 dollar items.
so we have a 1 year warranty and an 11-point promise. Maybe by next season it will be a 1 year warranty with a 5-point promise. I wonder what will happen when they run out of promises.

When they run out of promises, they may run out of customers. After a while the word spreads that a company or product does not stand behind what it advertises. Word of mouth can be very strong.

So it sounds like you can still get it since they told you they are mailing it out. Hopefully they follow through.

Since this "package" is part of the warranty on any new unit it should be sent out by Crossroads as soon as they receive the warranty paperwork back from the selling dealer. Why should a customer be made to register their unit on the web site to receive part of their warranty package?

Yeah I don't even see anywhere you can register your product. Should happen at the same time your warranty is register by the dealer.

Called cr again said they stopped doing them once again then apologized and said I should recieve it with in a week. Even it's really nothing it's just the principle of the whole thing. If they're not going to continue it they it shouldn't be advertised under the 12 point promise.

"We promise not to care"

This is disturbing to those of us who had a quality built CR product, two year warranty and a company that actually gave a damn about its customers.

It really is a shame as there are RV manufacturers out there who build quality and back it up with outstanding customer service.

I will not buy a crossroads product again. If they can't stand behind their product I don't want it.
