Is there any correlation between Crossroads model numbers v/s length of the unit? I see Zinger 25SB is 28ft 10in long and others with different numbers don't seem to correlate. The spec sheets seem to call out the outside overall length. I assume that includes the tongue on tow behind campers. Does the 25 in the model number indicate the inside length or liveable space or does it have anything to do with length? When I purchased my 2011 ZT25SB the dealer said it was 27 feet long. I assumed 25 meant living space, add 2 feet for the tongue. But, then the spec sheet says 28ft 10in. You folks who talk about a model with a 33 or other number in it, does that tell anyone how long your rig is?
So, based on the info you gave, I have to assume that the ZF29BH has 29 ft inside and a two foot 10 inch tongue while the ZF30RL has 30 ft inside and a one ft 10 inch tongue.
The ZT23FB has 23 ft inside and a 3ft 11in tongue.
It was my impression that all the tongues were about the same and not a foot different.
I believe the exterior measurement also is measured from the rear of the back bumper to either the ball socket for a bumper pull, or the pin on a fifth wheel.

I was under the impression based on something I had read that the model number denoted the square interior footage. For example, our CF31QB has 310 square feet. Probably wrong but that is what I read.

According to my dealer, the actual stated unit measures the length of the unit from rear to fifth wheel pivot head. The actual overall length is approx 1 1/2 - 2'ft longer. My TF32SS is almost 34' total with the front of the unit extending beyond the pivot point almost 2'.
