The trailer needed a bath and he didn't have a water source at thestorage lot. HOA wouldn't let him bring it home to wash. The salt water will clean it for him. In all reality though, it is probably another one of those people who make the drive across low tide from that island (was it in CA? I can't remember). You see a couple of these idiots every year.

I'm a retired locksmith and live near the White & Norfolk trout rivers close to my shop in Mountain Home AR. and I can't count the times in the past 22 years I've had to go open or make keys to some fools truck /car that they parked rite down next to the river only to come back that afternoon after the Corps had opened the gates on the DAMN up stream and brought the water level up2 to 3feet LOL AND guess WHO locked or lost thear keys in ????
