What's going on with our sofa?

We just got a new-to-us 2010 Zinger and discovered the back of the couch comes complete off. Has anyone seen this before? The odd thing is that the tag on the back of the sofa says ZINGER 64" COMFORT AIR HAB. This makes me think it use to be an inflatable bed and someone changed it...

I tried google but no luck on what this use to be. LOL.

Many sofas have a removable back. Otherwise, you might not be able to get it out or in the doorway. As far as is it a sofa bed, not sure. Can you put your year and esp, model in your signature.

Sorry, life has been busy and I just hadn't had a chance to do the signature thing. I also I didn't have a photo of our setup until our maiden voyage this weekend.

I figured the sofa back came off for getting it through the door but the sticker on the back makes me think it was an air bed.

have to agree with Mark, many chairs and sofas have removable backs...As far as the air bed is concerned, is there any indication of a air blatter that was removed...?

I've got no experience with these air sofas so I don't even know where to look.

We have an 09 Cruiser and it came with an air bed sofa that looked like that. Ours had a drawer that pulled out and the mattress was kept in it.

The new RV sofa we just purchased from Rec Pro was in five pieces. Left and right side, back for right and left side and the center console.
