Assuming your floor plan has a front clothes closet, you should be able to snake the 110V power from the vent, thru the ceiling and into the closet. Then down the forward wall and thru the closet floor and out the pin box opening. The closet plywood floor is attached directly to the steel frame, no insulation or anything else directly above the pin box opening.
Alternatively, there may be small triangular, carpeted panels at each corner of the closet. They are secured with several screws. You can gain access to the backside of the fiberglas front cap. You could mount a twist-type power connector on the bottom of the front cap.
