After first trip modifications

We had our first three night camping trip this weekend. The family fits better into a bigger trailer, and having the bunk room for the kids is great. After the first trip a couple of craftsmanship issues and modifications need done.

1. By far the most important so far was tinting the skylight above the couch. Man from about 1300-1800 it let in so much heat and you had to wear sun glasses on the couch. Fixed that with a sheet of GILA window film.

2: Upgraded the shower/bath faucet. The original one had the little pull thing come off. Had to use a pair of needle nose pliers to get the shower to turn on. Installed a Catalina brushed nickel with the plastic under body kinda looks funny with the bone color shower hose

3: Installing the extend-a-shower rod on Friday. The shower was a little tight, and the shower curtain sticking to you is not fun.

Just little thing by far I believe i am starting to fall in love with the fidth wheel. Had to fix a few whoops from the factor also, but they were all small fixes.

Glad to hear all went well on the first outing, and was almost problem free...If you have an outside shower you could always shower out there...That way you would not have to worry about a shower curtain at all...I don't think the neighbors would mind toooo much...... Just kiddin...
