Rear Bumper Gas Connection Splitter?

I did a couple forum searches and didn't find anything, so I apologize if this is redundant. Our last trip out I had the grill hooked up to the quick connect on the back of the trailer, then when I wanted to fry fish I had to disconnect the grill and hook up the fryer. Has anyone rigged up a "T" or "Y" to allow multiple items to be hooked up to the gas line? Am I missing a reason why I shouldn't do that? i.e. not enough pressure to run multiple appliances.

I have had a Tee on both trailers so far and run bbq and 2 burner stove . works great. If you look under the trailer you will see where every gas appliance tees out from the black pipe along the way. Pipe has lots of room for gas...

It was a rainy few days at Algonquin Prov park...tarps kept us dry.
