It's made simple on the Cruiser. In a nut shell and abreviated I pull the drain plug on the HW heater and let water drain. I open all faucets and low point drains and allow water to drain off. I also empty/clean all holding tanks.
After that I close up all the facuets and low points again, switch on board pump from tank to the winterizing line and I stick the tube into a bottle of the winterizing fluid. Turn the pump of, start at most distant plumbing fixture and allow to run H/C water until pink. I repeat this at all fixtures, shower, toliet, outside shower and low points. I shut pump off, drain all low points of the pink stuff back into bottle and pour down drains to fill p-traps.
That's about it.
