Hello, I just bought a 2014 crossroads cruiser aire 5th wheel. I plugged it in and then the battery it came on for a second and then nothing. I never had a trailer before. Is there a master switch on it ? Or where is the converter?. Basically how do I get the trailer up and running,. Thank you
First a few questions. When you bought it was everything working then? What are you plugged in to? 50 amp?30 amp? 20 amp? Are you sure it is a RV plug? Did it have a battery when you got it? You say "it " came on for a second what is it? Do you have lights inside the camper. Your converter can be located in the power center-- where the fuses /breakers are or could be a deck mount. Can you get the brand/model on the power center from the door or on the face? Then I could look it up for you.
As far as a master switch some have them on the 12 volt side and some do not.

Yes welcome to the forum. Are we talking about the battery shut off switch when you say master switch? Also on mine. The power will still work to everything when plugged in to shore power with the battery shut off switch to the battery turned off. However, the 12 volt won’t work off the batteries when the shore power is unplugged unless the battery shut off switch is on.

Welcome, Always start with the basics, make sure you're battery is fully charged and then check to make sure none of the circuit breakers are tripped in the power center.
