I have a new ct29rlx with the elect stabilizers front and rear and I don't see any way to lower then if you have a dead battery or they just won't go up ??? Anyone know how to lower then by hand .??

I suspect if you have a dead battery the only way to lower them would be to hook the tow vehicle back up to the trailer.....

If it weren't for the weight and room they take up I would put 4 batteries in our new RV but I've settled for 2 again in the trailer we are picking up this morning.

IfI really wanted to do it right I would fill the front with the same batteries as my golf cart, then I would have something when dry camping.....!

There should be a fitting on the stabilizer opposite the one with the switch that the manual crank for the slide out should fit. You can crank them up and down manually if the need arises.

On mine there is a hole in front of the right side storage door that give access to the front stabilizer jacks. The handle should be mounted on the wall inside the basement storage, same side. It also fits the rear stabilizer.

Look at my picture and you can barely see the cover in front of the awning support and in line with the front stabilizers.Edited by: avvidclif

UPDATE !! I just found out my taking a rite size socket and cutting a 1 in split down each side it fit over the peg on the shaft .So with a 19 v drill I ran them up much faster then motor on the other end !! LOL I have been doing it this way with the 4 stabilizers so now I'll look at taking the motor off the slow dam@@ things and not have to stand There with the button held down .
