Thanks for the feedback Nor - moving the controller looks like a good idea - and I believe that I will put in rollers myself. Looking back on all this the slide worked perfectly until the shop did an obliviously bad job adjusting my bedroom and kitchen slide. ( I am having problems with that slide as well - back corner hit inside ceiling while being extended and poked hole in the roof and broke some trim). So i beilve that I will fix this myself temporarily and go to the factory to get it done right.

Have a 2015 Cruiser 333RL bought last May, and just took it to dealer for bedroom slide out repair with similar problems. Unfortunately our dealer has been removed from the certified dealers for Crossroads so we're in the search for a certified repair facility. I would like an email with the Crossroads info for reference purposes.. rondoefritz@att.net
