Customer service number for Cruiser is 260-593-2866...You will have better luck calling than trying to e-mail...

Thanks. I have called CS. Got no where. This has to be the worst company to deal with. I am seriously thinking of trading it in.

here is their handles: ChristianM & ttroup
I guess all that stuff that Andy Cripe said he was going to implement to make things better for CR owners at last years factory rally was just a bunch of lip service...

Looks like that. I wrote to him and he never responded. Some people forget where they come from.

Would like to have a copy of that speech and send it to him to remind him that we are the ones that pay his salary.

Warranty work is to handled by the dealer. If the dealer is incapable of doing the work then it is referred to Crossroads.
A previous post by Kathy Fuller explains:

Hi Everyone!! This is Kathy with Crossroads. After seeing your posts I spoke with Andy Cripe to see what, if any, changes may have been made to our stance regarding warranty work. According to Andy, there has been no change in our stance regarding warranty work at the factory. We make the effort to employ our dealer partners to handle warranty work and service, it is a model that is common in the industry and in other industries such as auto and marine. If the work needs to be done at the factory we will make that determination on a case by case basis, this is how we have always done it, not really sure what all the noise is about in terms of our "change". I am sure there are times when a customer disagrees and feels the work needs to be done at the factory and not the dealership, these differences of opinion are not new and they do not constitute a change in our position or philosophy.

I would contact Crossroads to see where there is a authorized Crossroads repair shop near you.
Also, contact either of these pr reps for assistance.
cmuffoletto@crossroadsrv.com
ttroup@crossroadsrv.com
Good luck.

Wow - getting off the subject here. Original post was asking for name of Warranty Manager, nothing about dealer partners.

Talking to a warranty manager will do you no good. Like stated above, "any warranty item must be handled through the dealer or an approved service shop." It is the dealer who has to handle the warranty repair. This is the policy from Crossroads.

Guess I am out of luck all around as dealer does not want to help and no service shops in my locale. Anyone interested in buying a new Cruiser?

You have been offered several suggestions as to how to approach the situation, and several more options on who to contact that might be able to give you some assistance. Some of these people are not available on the weekends. So it might be beneficial for you to sit back and try and relax until Monday morning. Then I'm sure you will have better results trying to get a hold of these people.
There is nothing we here on the forum can do to get your cruiser fixed. We can only offer advise and suggestions as to how to go about it, and who to contact.
I'm sorry you are having so much trouble.

Crossroads Cruiser dealer
Here is the nearest Crossroads Cruiser dealer to you. http://www.imperialtrailersales.com/
This is around 140 miles from where you live. Not too bad. Most of us have to travel a good distance to get to a Crossroads dealer.
