7 way plug/cable replacement wiring

Hello!
New to to CR Zinger, but I’ve had campers for 15 years.

We just got an 06 ZT-320-QB.

The trailer 7 way connection is broken, so I bought a new cable to replace it. I’ve read all kids of reviews and info on the replacement cord and see that many times colors don’t match.

So before I go out there and get started, I was wondering if anyone know what the colors on the factory plug go to.
The diagram that came w the replacement cord is attached.
Thanks in advance!

And yes I bought a 7 wire trailer cord and colours were screwed up. I added electric brakes to a cargo trailer.

That looks like the vehicle aides of the plug and does match what my plug wiring side says.

What I’m wondering is if those colors match what Crossroads used in the junction box.

The picture you posted is the correct wiring code. So is the one Papa T posted. Yours it the camper side - male and Papa T's is the truck side - female. When plugged together they match. So as for the camper wiring colors they may or may not match. Just do one wire at a time. Brown to what ever color on the camper and so on. Blue is for the brakes and the + and - are a larger gauge .bigger wire smaller number.

dagsti, you beat me to it, Exactly what you said they are just looking at it backwards. One end is the truck and other end is the trailer.

I replaced mine last year because there was a short in it. The wires in the replacement that I got were the same color as the original, which made it easy to replace.
