So im confused on how this company works. Apprently all of their assets have liens on them. After you buy the asset with cash do they release the lien on the title and you receive a title? Without a title in my state you cannot do anything.
Is this a "new" trailer? If so you should have received some paper work when you purchased it that will have to be sent in to the state. Then you should receive the title from the state.
More than likely your dealer has his units on a floor plan. Meaning he has a loan on them, which shouldn't affect you getting a clear title from the state when you submit the paper work.

Some states like Florida keeps the titles on file.
