2015 Sunset Trail 29SS Topper Question

Hello I saw a topic before about slide topper black or white. Ok I went for the black, is there anyone else out there that also went for the black? Reason I ask is the dealer now says that the black unit for the small pushout on the front is to big and will not fit.

Manfuacture says to either cut it, leave a spring off of one end or dont put it on at all. I was wonder what others may have done that went for the black. I do not know if they make a unit in white that would have fit or not. The dealer already installed the larger unit and now says your out of luck on the smaller one. Thank you in advance with the assistance.

Doesn't sound right, black or white, toppers come in all sizes. If they can get the right size in white, they can get it in black. I have black on my large slide and it matches perfectly. Sounds like the dealer ordered the wrong size and is trying to stick you with it. JMHO
