Picked up trailer today. Service desk says "that will be $232" I say for what? He says winterizing, and a few other things. I said No, I said I didn't want anything else done.
Turned out he was on the account of another customer who had their cap painted.

It looks good but they forgot to put the SUPER LITE decal on the bottom and they forgot it on the trailer parked next to mine also. Decided not to worry about it.

I had asked them to adjust the hitch, they sent a guy over to the auxiliary lot with me to do it. We're sitting on a hump and he says It looks pretty level to me.
We hooked it up with one less chain link and it was fine, good thing since he obviously knew nothing, I was talking about measuring fenders and tilting the ball and stuff and he just looked at me funny.

I had asked them to check the running lights, they didn't, still don't have lights. Working on that myself.

Just glad to be out of there and home with it, it does look good.

Oh and it was parked in a grass lot, so I got mud on the tires of my truck and flung it all over the front cap on the way home, so I got to wash the front of my trailer in this cold weather.

I've got a 2015 that I bought as a leftover in 2016. I've had it back for several different warranty repairs. I noticed the front cap was starting to fade at the top so I took it to a local repair facility and they contacted Crossroads to see if they would warranty it and they agreed so it is currently being painted along with having a slideout seal replaced. Hopefully this will be the last repairs needed as my warranty is about to expire in a couple months. I wish it didn't need so many repairs but Crossroads has stepped up to the plate and fixed everything I've found wrong.
