Dealer says Crossroads wants a cheaper job painting front cap

My dealer just informed me that Crossroads doesn't want to pay the quote the dealer got to paint our faded front cap. Dealer says they will keep calling crossroads until they take care of it. It's a pretty big dealer and there is a body shop across the street they use for everything. I can imagine they have had more than a few ST front caps painted there.

Anyone else run into this? I've got about a 3 month window until we start using the trailer again. Just want to see if the dealer is dragging their feet, or if Crossroads is dragging their feet.
