I had the same problem with my SF32RL. I have 2 hoses one is about 8 feet long and the other is about 4 feet. The long hose works great for the rear grill but it is actually for the outside stove top. The short hose just about reaches the grill if you bring the grill all the way around to the side of the camper and it will not even reach the stove top to use for that hookup. Somebody at Crossroads doesn't know how to measure.
Both hoses need top be about 6 feet long. I ended up moving the hook up for the stove top to the tee connection that is located on the kitchen slide for the inside stove and ran the short hose up into the outside kitchen area and it is now connected all the time to the stove top and slides in and out with the sink and stove top. I can now use the long hose for the grill. No more climbing under the slide to connect the stove top every time the wife wants to cook outside .
