There are two manuals in the thread being discussed. The first is the one they sent you and provided to most of us when we bought our trailers, and the second is a component manual from LCI.
I'm guessing that most dealers wouldn't want you to have the latter since it takes the mystery out of the basic maintenance and repairs of things like your axle, hubs, brakes, awning, slide, jacks, etc.
