Yes.. when the first mention of warranty came up in this thread I thought to myself "oh no! What... have... I ... done?"
This frees me up to do other potentially stupid things now. It's a nice feeling.

Just a thought----When you talked with Lippert did you by any chance "clarify" with them that you were talking about adding the "extra" jacks, and not just talking about the jacks that come on each end of the trailers?

Yup, it was made abundantly clear that I was asking about adding additional, aftermarket scissor jacks for stabilizing. They asked a series of questions to clarify the point as well. I'm not the smartest guy in the world, but for there to be any confusion on the matter, one or both parties on the phone would have had to have 1 or fewer working brain cells. And I know, because I counted, that I had at least 2 at the time.

And it didn't matter to them whether you bolted the extra jacks on, or welded them?

It did not matter. I asked about both bolt on and welding.
Given the concerns, I think it's worth repeating that the questions I asked (and that they asked) were about our specific unit (2014, 270bh) with manual (not automatic) stabilizing jacks being added. I got the feeling that automatic jacks would have made a difference in their answer, but I didn't inquire about that, so I cannot say with any certainty.

On leveling; Myself I would level the trailer as normal, boards for side to side and tongue for front to back. The use the stabilizer jacks to support the frame and stabilize it, not level it. The ones in the middle should take a lot of the movement out as most on mine is due to tires/springs flexing. The rest JT Strongarms should take care of. Notice I said should as the movement doesn't bother us.

If I use an extra set of jacks near the center of the trailer on each side, can I ditch my Xchocks?

Wheel movement is designed to remove stress on the suspension during transit. These X-chocks eliminate that ability when the TT is camped. Does that compromise the abillity of the suspension to remove that stress when camping? How does that affect the suspension? How do you know?

If you have the scissor type jacks front and back they are designed to stop side to side movement. The "rock" comes from front to back. X-Chocks are supposed to help with that. I used the Valterra stabilzers on each side my last time out and took a great deal of that rock out. Many ways to do it. This was the cheapest and is not permanently mounted and really was very easy to do.

First camping trip a success.
The 'extra' scissor jacks I mounted really removed a lot of rocking. It feels pretty solid now.
That being said, the fold away stairs to the main entrance did get a bit squeaky. When I checked it out I noticed that if I just pushed down on them I could see some 'wiggle' where the two mounting bolts on the top are (vertical bolts).
When I got home I tightened up the 'vertical' bolts mounting it up and that seemed to take care of the squeaking.
On that note... I noticed that all of the 'body mount' (vertical) bolts seemed to be loose. Is this a normal thing that after a shake down run that there would need to be tightening all around the trailer of the mounting bolts?

@OhioMark -- That's what I did. I never got the xchocks, but I mounted the extra scissor jacks, and it really took out A LOT of the rocking.

If you decide to mount some extra stabilizer jacks, I would like to re-iterate what others have said.. double check with Crossroads & Lippert to see if there would be a warranty issue.

For that matter, get it in writing, via email maybe.
I've had too many experiences in my life where the words spoken were denied or dismissed down the road, so what they tell you over the phone might not mean much if it ever came time to address a frame issue.

If your that worried about warranty issues, try the Valterra. They don't attach to the frame and set up takes no time.
