30+ views and no replies probably indicates that no one is really sure. I know that information isn't in any of the manual I received with my unit.
That said, most televisions nowadays aren't overly heavy. I'm pretty sure anything less than 30 inches or so should be able to be installed on the outside mount.
The problem I'm having with the outdoor mount isn't weight. It's the clearance between the back of the television and the outside of the RV. We bought a 20 inch for outside and I'm having to install a lot of washers and much longer screws to give me the clearance needed for the cable and power cord connections on the back side of the television.
