Pantry wall damage
Anyone replace a pantry wall panel? Mine cracked when the slide was being opened. Because of a basketball was lodged in between.
I have a 242 BH

Is this what your floor plan looks like?
If that's it, I wouldn't think it would be to hard to tear the old wall panel off and replace it.
Once you put the slide out it's looks to be very accessible to work on.

Yes that's the one. Where would I get a replacement panel?

If you are wanting a panel that's the exact match, you might try a CR dealer. If you would be satisfied with something pretty close/maybe not exact, go to the local lumber yard and see what they have for paneling similar to yours.
If you can find something at the lumber yard, it definitely will be a lot cheaper then an exact match from CR. Even if you could get it.

Unless the factory or a dealer would sell you a panel - if it is still made might be hard to match.

Looking at the photo if this was mine I think I would remove the heat vent and try to work from behind the wall to even out the split. If you can get it flush perhaps a stain touchup stick would cover any marks. It that doesn't work how about a thin strip of molding to cover the seam. Since the damage is close to the floor I don't think it would be that noticeable.

Not sure I'd go to the expense, headache or all the trouble to get anything from a dealer or manufacturer, rather make some sort of accent piece or decorative patch to cover it up.

You could epoxy resin and fiberglass mat the inside for strength after you straighten it out. Will be a permanent fix. Little touch up on the outside and it's good to go.

I have to agree with Russ and would try that first before starting a bigger project...If you decide to replace the whole side of the cabinet "LAUAN" paneling is what you want to use and can be bought at most home improve stores or lumber yards...Also comes already stained or natural...

They may have the product or can tell you where to get it, but hold on to your wallet, their shipping cost are outrageously high.

Panel
Treckwood.com site has a 4’x8’ panel for $116.00.They also sell smaller pieces so you could just replace were it’s cracked and install a piece of molding.
