Whatever your sewer hose weighs....
Those bumpers were designed to haul your sewer hose inside it & not much more.
Don't know what you plan to attach to that flimsy tin can bumper but if it weighs more the the hose don't count on it or the bumper being there at your next stop.
There's add on devices supposedly to strengthen the bumper, but in reality only strengthen the welds. The tin can metal in the center is still the same flimsy metal, so it moves where it breaks over an inch further from the welds.
If you absolutely need/want to carry anything on the bumper find yourself a welding shop & have them fabricate something that WILL hold up to whatever you plan to use it for.
Same goes for the OEM ladder, if equipped, they are not designed to haul anything strapped to them. Also wouldn't trust them to use to access to roof, unless you weigh about 150lbs or less. I used a telescoping ladder leaned between to hand rails at the top off the ladder.
I know you've seen folks hauling all sorts of stuff back there, but I would highly recommend not doing so unless you do something about the OEM bumper.
