We also had a wonderful time. Nathan has given his new moose a place of honor in his room 
All 3 of us truly enjoyed our time with all of you and it was fun getting to know you guys even better. We can't wait until the spring.
For those of you who asked, here is the Baked French Toast recipe:
1 loaf French bread
8 eggs
2 cups milk
2 cups half & half
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Butter 13x9 pan. Layer with French bread slices. Mix all other above ingredients together; pour over bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Add topping before baking:
3/4 cup butter
1 1/3 cup brown sugar
3 tsp dark corn syrup
1 1/3 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
(I've found that if you use all this topping, it makes it really sweet, so I usually cut this in half.)
Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Enjoy!!

glad to know everyone is doing fine after the storms and medical problems...we made out ok as well......trying to find campgrounds for the fall rally with the Mason Dixon Bunch..Candy Hill in Winchester is out as they are already booked for 2013 in the rally section...
