Well you know they do deep fry just about anything down here. I have seen deep fried beer, donuts, hamburgers, Oreos, Twinkies and the list goes on. I should head to Raleigh next weekend to see what is deep fried this yr.

Cruising NZ----Too bad you couldn't have been with us, the food tasted even better than it sounded.

We started packing up Sunday night, got up early Monday and got on the road by eight o'clock. We packed up in a drizzle, but as soon as we got on the road the skys opened up and it poured. Didn't mind the rain too much as it cleaned all the bugs off my front cap from the trip down to Misty. We stoped for lunch at twelve and got home around three thirty.

Aileen
Thanks for the pictures and the receipt for the rub.

Nancy and I left the park at 7:15 am and arrived home at 6:15 that evening. As with everyone else it was a steady rain for the entire 11 hours. We passed 2 over turned eighteen wheelers and three cars off into the woods. Fortunately we had an uneventful trip. We hope that everyone else also has returned home safely.
It is hard to fathom, but this event keeps getting better every year. Thanks to all!
We are looking forward to the spring rally.

Steve- it was great meeting Angela. If you are down this way visiting her, we could get together for dinner or a camping trip sometime.

Spring will be here before you know it. All the holidays are comming up, that always kept us busy at the Nash household. Then in a couple of months it will be camping season again. Maybe this spring I can get some of the stuff I NEVER got done last spring finished.

Happy Halloween

Hello MD Bunch,
When is the Spring rally in PA? We are going to try to make it. Hubby is on the mend from the hip replacement and we are excited about getting on the road again. We may head south for a few months in January but that is very tentative. Wondering how you dewinterize after leaving cold Virginia!?!?

Here is the spring rally info.
spring NE rally info

Dewinterizing is easy. Winterizing is the hard part. When you reach warm enough weather, flip your valves, hook up to water and run the pink stuff out. If you will need to wintetize again after the trip simply save your pink stuff by running it back into the jugs or clean empty milk cartons and reuse it when the time is right.
