On Thursday we rolled in the Factory Rally with a wheel and hub missing.

Immediately Rick (WagonMaster) was there with others to assist. We got checked in and to our site. Several Rally attendees appeared to offer assistance and look things over.
This is our first RV and first Rally with a rush of emotions.
Before 9am Friday morning Rick had made a call and Randy Mishler from Crossroads was on site inspecting the damage.
At noon on Friday Randy from Crossroads and Bruce from Lippert was on site with new axle, wheel, tire and spring. By 2:30 Friday all repairs were completed.
I had several experienced Rally attendees on site overseeing the repairs. This was comforting. Randy explained each step ensuring I was comfortable.
The wife and I are very appreciative of all the help and follow ups from everyone at the Rally. Rick checked on the progress almost hourly.
We are leaving the Rally in the morning and going to Michigan on the 2nd leg of our trip. Crossroads stuck with me and covered everything without charge, out of warranty.
I posted more pictures in my album.
