Thor’s sales down 62% . I’m sure it similar for ForestRiver, given <st1lace>Berkshire</st1lace>’s current downgrade. Makes me wonder what the RV market will look like a year or two down the road. Does anybody know if that Open Range Plant next to the CR plant is still open???

Yes, Open Range is still open and doing well (according to Rep. at show). Nice product, impressive features and price range. I am still a skeptic of the cable actuate slides as the Keystone Zeppelin tried (and failed) with these slides.



Thor reported lower sales but increased profit and future sales on it's bus and transportation segment. In fact, they stated positive cash flow on increased municipal spending on public transportation. Thor's name has been tossed around as being a potential suitor for some of the Monaco and Fleetwood asset's and names of value.

And Fleetwood filed for Chapter 11 and stopped all trailer manufacturing.

While I feel bad for the folks at Fleetwood to loose their jobs I am still unsure that Fleetwood stopping production of towables was a bad thing!!!



At the show they had a few that were slapped together. They really ruined their reputation in the mid to late 90's and gained the nickname Floatwood for a reason.....
