2005 kodiak skamper thor TT underbelly and wood help!

I have to completely replace my underbelly as the wood was totally rotted and the tarp is unrepairable. I am almost to the stage of adding the first lower layer of 1/4 plywood and the tarp. Are these added by jacking up the walls and sliding in the new wood and tarp/fabric?

I do plan to also add the plastic corrugated sheets under tarp to protect everything! but I need to know how to remove and replace the plywood as it should be to help support the walls. I also already added some 1.5" steel tubes across to better help support the walls as it was only held up by 2 1.5" aluminum tubes(total weight added approx. 15lbs) I think the walls/roof are only held on by the elevator bolts that were holding the floor to the trailer frame. I am replacing these with new ones and they will be going through the steel tubes as they only had pieces of 2x4 in place before(not sure if someone removed the 2x4's and left them to hide damage or if it is a factory thing.

Not sure how your underbelly, with plywood and tarp, was originally put together at the factory but on mine there was just one full sheet of 2mil coroplast. The sheet is about 27' long and was screwed to the frame with metal screws and fender washers.

I had to replace about 16' on mine and bought 4 x 8 sheets in 4mil. Home Depot or other box stores carry it. I also used 1 1/2" aluminum angle across the frame for support and covered the seams with Gorilla Waterproof tape.

Everything attaches to the bottom of the frame with self tapping screws and fender washers. Check out some of the other posts on Coroplast and you will find other fixes. I think I had some photos in mine as well.
