Battery Polarity Reversed

In prepping for a weekend away I had some help setting up. Battery was set up on reversed polarity. All the 20 amp fuses were blown. I've replaced those and when hooked up to 30 amp power at a campground on the weekend all worked fine except the stereo/DVD player and the AC unit. What am I missing to get these working again? Thanks

The stereo has its own fuse in behind it. You will have to pull it out from the wall unless there is access to it through a cupboard. The thermostat for the air and furnace should also have a fuse behind the cover

You didn't mention breakers. Flip all the breakers totally off and back on again. Sometimes when they flip off due to "stuff", they don't totally flip down and need to be manually flipped off and then on again.
