Brake differences

I replaced the LCI 3500 lb axle complete with brakes on my Zinger. I kept the old brakes/drums. Will they fit a Dexter 3500lb axle that didnít come with brakes?

As long as the axle has the mounting plate welded on they should work.

Well the axle on the new trailer has the flanges welded on. Looks like I may have a small project to do come summer. Way too cold out to do this now anyways.
