crappy service

some of you probably have seen my other post of problems I had with my new camper, my dealer done the crappiest service job I ever seen, ill explain what happened then ill post pictures, I complained about the second a/c they installed about the shroud not being on right, not fixed (see picture), the bathroom door was scratched up and would not close, they replaced door, door will not close at all, striker is over 3/4 inch off, door stop is pulled off wall over 1/2 a inch with nails hanging out, (see picture) the wall meets the ceiling in 2 places caulking was cracked, they shabbed it up bad, they said my outside fridge was within specs but u had to turn it always up on 7 to get it to 50degrees, but luckily keystone jumped in and made them replace it, said they had quite a few bad, but its on back order, this is the same dealer that argued with me over a 15.00 jack handle, saying crossroads don't come with one, I want to talk to a crossroads rep.,
don't get me wrong I could fix all this in 30 minutes but that is there job
and it was going in for fridge anyway, 80 miles and 2 weeks for nothing

1st picture a/c shroud, they said its fine
3rd picture is as far as bathroom door will close
4th picture is door stop trim with nails hanging out
I also ask up there was they going to go over the repairs with me
they said if you see a problem let us know, I went out there to hook up tried to open slide to take a look and they left something on and battery was dead as a door nail, that's why I didn't check it out up there
we are going to the beach 10 days next month, when I get back this camper will be sold, they have pushed my wife and I to hate it, I cant even stand to look at it
