My dealer is not listed also. I did contact CR last week and they said they would look into it. I would like to see all and any CR repair sites listed. I mentioned this to my dealer and they were surprised as they sell and repair a lot of CR brands. I will wait a while longer before going deeper on this.

Bought my fifth wheel in Michigan, my local dealer in Alberta Canada will not provide any warranty work.

Where are you located in Alberta? I know Guarantee RV in Calgary does warranty work for CR products. That's where I bought my TT.

Either this locator no longer exists or the link is broken. I just tried it and it will not work. I looked on the CR web site and cannot find a service center locator button any more, either. Apparently this feature is no longer available.

Link will not load. With all the complaints about issues on this forum, I am really getting cold feet about our considered Crossroads Cruiser 32CK Provincial purchase. Something's not right here.

Are you looking for a dealer or an authorised service center? Crossroads used to have a link for dealers and a separate link for authorised service centers. The link for authorized service centers has disappeared. My dealer was a cruiser dealerand an authorized service center when we bought the first cruiser. When we bought the second one they no longer handled cruisers, but handled sunset trails and was still a service center. After the dealer dropped all crossroads products they were still listed as a service center until new management took over and the link went away. Dealer is still great for service, so don't know what else to tell you about service centers.

I've read complaints and owned a lot of campers, we love our 34" 5er provincal not one issue with it.

We have a Seville which we bought in Saskatchewan and we had to get some work done. We went to Grove RV. They did it for us and were very friendly and helpful. Great place. They ordered one of our scare light rings since it started to rust and we said we could put it on. The first year we had it, the sound system (dvd, cd) player would not work. They replaced it under warrenty with no problems. If we had to, we would use Grove RV for service work again.
