Electric Problems 2016 Crossroads Z1

We were at a campground when our electric went out. We were plugged into 30 amps as a 30 amp trailer with a good surge protector. To remedy the situation we plugged into 50 amp with converter. The owner mentioned trouble with one leg of the electric.
This worked well. Next we left our camper plugged into 30ps at parents home for 5 days and came back to a refrigerator nightmare. We once again plugged 30 amp into new campground and woke up and the electric shut down in the morning. We bought a new 30 amp surge protector but we only get 110 power. Checked the breakers and fuses. All good there. Before we spend too much money and days without our camper and hotel fees....
Also we tried to reset this box , not sure what it is.

Turns out it was our converter. We had a mobile RV service come and fix it to the tune of $545.

I'm glad you got it fixed, but I'm confused. Is your Z-1 equipped for 50Amp or 30 Amp power? Only 110? That's all there is, but a 50 Amp circuit has two 120 Volt lines. What did your surge protector tell you about the outlets when plugged in? Typically, two green lights, and no red lights is correct for a 30 Amp protector.
