Flex Seal

Has anyone use Flex Seal on the vents and other thru the roof openings? It looks great on tv, but not sure it will work on EPDM roofs.

I used it on an abrasion / wear point from my RV cover flapping over the winter.
The area had worn thin and I built it up with white flex seal and you can't tell there was ever an issue. Time is the ultimate test. It's only been 2 months

I've used it on my previous travel trailer roof but I wouldn't use it again because the sun dried it out and the flex seal started to crack and peal everywhere.

Same results on a couple garden fountains. Worked great for a month and then started to crack and peal

Eternabond

Is this something you could use Eternabond for? I've used it almost everywhere I was concerned about water leaks.

Frank, did you use it around the skylights, fridge vents, and plumbing vents also? If so, how wide was the roll you used?

Every where 6 inches wideI also installed smoke colored vent caps the sun down here hates those white caps and will kill them in two years After I put these on the last unit I never had that problem again
