I was having some issues with my Intellijack system on our Cruiser.
I posted a question on their site...within 5 min, I got a response from the CEO. How is that for impressive?
We exchanged a few emails and turns out, my issue was you guessed it...."user error"
He ended up calling me at 10:15 pm CST to walk me through the right way to get my unit back on track.
Folks, if that isn't customer service, I don't know what is. Tomorrow I will head out to storage and redo my system so it is working properly.
Totally impressed. Not sure if Al is lurking here but if you are, thanks again for yourattentionto detail.
Cannot ask more from a customer perspective.
