Our new 3500 Dodge truck came in yesterday and is now sitting in our driveway! I think that I got it with too many options...the darn truck is smarter than I am!!! I'll be spending a lot of time studying the owners manual! The new Cummins doesn't even sound like a diesel. It is very quiet with only the slightest hint of it's heritage. Now I have to trim some trees so that we can pull the 5er up the driveway when we get it. We should take delivery on the 5er in about 2-3 weeks. Half of the wait is over!

Congrats on the new Dodge. On a personal note, I am glad to hear the engine is quiet. One of the things that drove me away (no pun intended) from the Dodge/Ford was the noisy diesels. I liked the looks/durability of them but not the noise. You are right, they are smart. It took me days to figure out all that they do!
