Pilot light -Water heater/Furnace

Hey y’all,

After me and my husband just recently purchased our 2013 Crossroads Sunset trail reserve 32RL. We are having trouble with our water heater/furnace. We believe that it is the pilot lights not lighting. They will click like it is trying but we have not been able to fix this.

All suggestions will be greatly appreciated!!

Is there propane in the tanks? Are the propane tank valves turned open? And the crossover in the correct position? Does the stove and fridge work on propane? Have you bled the air out of the lines by continually cycling the stove until it lights?

^^^^ this. Quite often after a tank change light the stove and run it for a minute or so. Then startup the fridge and water heater.
