The "12 Point Promise" wasn't worth the time Tom Montague put into it.

That is another point to their lack of interest in this forum, he was canned a month ago and is still listed as an active member of this forum.

Im glad the Crossroads team promised at the factory tour that they were going to pay more attention to this forum, so far I can't tell that they are with all this spam lately.

Actually, most of us at the factory rally thought it was so much lip service. A lot of excuses and explanations were given. Nothing has happened to convince any of us that changes are coming or even in the mill at CrossroadsRV. Let us hope that someone on the Redwood site will take notice. I encourage all of you to sign up on their site and to start bugging them.

I don't think this will do much good. The Redwood fourm is not owned by them anymore. Anything you get done on this forum is going to have to go through Crossroads. And from their lack of interest in this one it would appear they would just as soon shut it down. The two users below are the only ones I have seen with admin rights on this forum so I would suggest emails and PM to them. You can do a search on their user names under the "Memberlist" tab at the top of the forum to send them a PM.

Wow....this is just SO sad and reflects so badly on CR. This company offers perhaps some of the nicest, most well thought out floor plans I have seen in my more than two years of researching RVs, but to see the lack of concern toward and attention to this forum just seems to nullify everything. I haven't been on this forum for a number of weeks, and I'm just shocked that it has gone even more downhill since.

Hunter11, from what we were told, Redwood "outsourced" their forum, unlike this forum which they are trying to run from in house. Obviously, they do not have qualified or caring staff to help us out. And I seriously doubt that anyone is reading this forum because they could not definitively answer that query at the rally. At least I have found their customer service to be pretty good. But they could learn a lot from this forum.

These are not product complaints we are disappointed that we have to endure constant Spamming on this forum. Most forums have moderators to handle that and CR is just letting it continue unchecked. That is what is going on in case you missed the point.

This is true they did outsource it and we can but don't use the old forum for it does no good.

Buddy, when you refer to the "old forum" are you referring to the one off the Redwood website? That one gets used daily and the Spam is always removed in a timely manner.

I joined Crossroads because that's who I deal with for Warranty work and other question about Redwood. I deal with Bill Hodges and Leonard, they have always been helpful. 855-226-7496. We don't deal with Redwood for maintenance.

Yes, we don't use it anymore. It is still up but no one is watching it. I was told it will eventually be closed. I still use it to talk to friends but that's all.

There have been 7+ post on it today and there were many over the weekend as well. I know it is suppose to go away but they still have 2 to 3 people as admins on it. That is all we are trying to do here is get Crossroads to give a couple of people on this forum the rights to delete Spam and Spammers. If they cannot keep up with it daily let a couple of people on here do it.



To be honest we have no one administering this forum on a daily basis and I have to say I feel like we police ourselves really good. You never see post get out of hand to the point an admin would close them down. We do have heated post from time to time but we seem to keep them in check and don't get out of control. In fact I think the most heated post we had on here was due to one of the old Crossroads management getting involved in something they shouldn't have. So I am pretty proud of this bunch but we still need to be able to keep Spam and the users posting it in check. Ok, I'm done.....Edited by: Hunter11

A forum should be for all Crossroad owners equally and to be a place to go for advise mainly from each other. I really hate division, we are all campers having a great time.I feel for full timers more than others. They need answers and repairs NOW.

buddy- I think they are shooting themselves in the foot both here with the lack of involvement and at redwood if they switch to only registered owners. if they go to registered owners of those brands then they lose out on the potential owners market.
