Has anyone had to deal with Winegard technical support?
I purchased a 12 volt/75 ohm with co-axle ( model TG-7341)wall outlet to replace a broken one. None of my 12 volt plugs fit into it. I called Winegard to find out why and the response I got was I need to buy an adapter. I said I cant believe I would have to buy an adapter and I was told that the newer plugs are being made bigger and its not their fault they don't fit. What a crock of $%^#!

I tried at least 10 different plugs, old and new and the hole is just too small. I was then told I was being transferred to someone else to speak to and I was conveniently disconnected. I called back and got an answering machine so I left a message and haven't heard from them since.
