Hey there from Maine

Hi all,

My name is Kevin. First time camper owner. The wife and I did lots of tent camping but as we get older, laying on the ground isnt as much fun as it once was. Wife wanted to look at campers so here we are. Found a 2006 Zinger in pretty good shape at a decent price so we pulled the trigger without having anything to tow it. My brother has an F250 for his boat so we snagged him to help us get it home.

Once home, found that the awning support in the rear was loose. Upon attempting to tighten found that it was attempting to tighten into nothing. Rot found. That side went all the way back. Started tearing that out and found another spot up front opposite side. Tearing that out now. Chalking this all up to
newbie mistakes and not asking all the right questions.

Getting first hand knowledge of how these things are put together.

Cheers!
