Hello, just joined this forum. On a whim I dragged my husband to look at a 2007 Cruiser 5th wheel and we ended up with it. Giving up my rear kitchen for a bed slide, 10 gal WH, and a power awning. Looking forward to learning more about this particular model. Not new to 5th wheels, had a 97 Jayco for 19 yrs, then an 06 Keystone. Hope to be able to get in a couple longer trips later this year.

Hello And Welcome!

There is a lot of knowledgeable folks on here ready to help.

If you do have any questions please include the Year Model and make as it helps others to better help you. A good way is to add a signature with that information.

Enjoy your new to you camper!

Thank you! Well, it's a bit of a project camper, just needs a little TLC. Young couple that bought it from the original owner had plans to camp host, changed their plans and left it in the middle of a remodel. They painted the kitchen/living space cabinets, left the cabinet doors in boxes. Only furniture they kept was the table and 4 chairs. Kid took the radio and 5 of the 7 speakers out too.

Because the inside was in disarray it scared people off so we got a good deal on it. I don't mind the work, redid the Springdale upholstered the couch and dinette, added cell shades and roller shades, cork wallpaper, new water heater, sink, faucet. Just do a little every year. Nobody wanted that rig either because it was GAWD awful ugly and outdated.

Ended up I knew the family selling the cruiser, she's our vet, was her son's. So far got all the window boxes, cabinet doors and hardware back on. All but the outside bulbs switched to leds. Seller had the battery hooked up backwards (black white wires), had put a disconnect on it. Fixed the tv antenna crank assembly, couple broken drawer brackets, fixed a couple day/night shades. Bought a new cloth rv sleeper loveseat. Ordered new shower works, front stove panel and grid, stove being the only thing that shows use. Original owner had put a power awning on. Going to trade the steps from the springdale, the ones on the cruiser are not near as nice. I draw the line at swapping the toilets, lol. The plastic one has to go. MI weather isn't helping right now.

Otherwise the cruiser looks like better construction, especially on the outside. We have a friend who is an rv tech, does body work repairs. We've had him and one of his buddies come out to do the things that we can't (tire blow out damage on Jayco). It'll be fun! Dang snow!
