Picking UP Sunset Trail 270BH Today

After many years of camping in a tent and a pop up me and the wife are finally becoming TT owners today. I have been looking forward to this since we started camping with our boys when they were very young. We are scheduled to pick up the TT today around lunch and can't wait to get it home. The wife and I finally decided to purchase the TT as part of our new outlook in life. Three years ago when I turned 40, I went to the ER with chest pains. After a heart cath I found out that I had a 99% blockage in my main artery coming into my heart. Then last year with the wife having a fight with a blocked bile duct due to a cyst and being in and out of the hospital almost all year we decided to live out what we have always wanted to do. One of these is to spend as much time with each other and our boys and have always found camping one of the best ways of doing this. Currently we only have reservations for this memorial day weekend but looking for more free weekends to get out.

Congrats! You made a good choice on your camper and it will be a part of many great memories.

I too made the slow transition from tents to a pop-up and then to my TT. I haven't thought about going back since!

Congrats,

Carpe Diem.

We have such short time with the kids and they grow up fast. Camp as much as you can. Honestly, I enjoy 2 and 3 day trips over the weekend as much as the 2 weekers.

Enjoy life while you can! Welcome and enjoy your new trailer. We have been camping since the kids were small and now it is a huge part of our retirement.

You are going to love the 270BH, we love ours so far. Great floor plan as it offered us a great middle road option between being too small and more than we were willing to pay for. Hope it's everything you expect it to be and then some. Our kids love it and can't wait for that next trip (and they always ask).

Health related issues always seem to give us different perspective than we held the prior day. Been through enough myself, with my wife too, that I understand where you are coming from and can be sympathetic to the decision you have made, a good one at that!

Happy camping, may all your trips be memories never to forget.
