Pulling at the ceiling panel - Should I be concerned?
For the last couple trips, this crinkle in the ceiling panel above the microwave has been getting worse. There are no signs of water damage so I am just thinking this may be the result of some flexing while traveling. As the title says, should I be concerned?

If that was mine and I was concerned about it, I would get a syringe, put some glue in it, poke the needle thru the crinkled material and squirt a little glue in and then roll it down.
Just don't put to much glue in or it will running back out all over, making a worse sight then the crinkle is.
Check the roof to make sure there are no gaps or cracks in any of your sealant and add some sealant as needed. Check to make sure there are no tears in the roof membrane as well. Otherwise, it is probably nothing to worry about. The cabinet is not coming loose from the wall, is it?

We have something similar in the front wardrobe. Nothing has changed with ours, and no leaks to be found so I didn't worry about it.
I agree with others - scope out the roof, edge of roof, gutter, etc. above and try to investigate microwave cabinet (is it loose or anything). Probably nothing, but can't be too careful.
