After clearing the rv antifreeze a large amount of water accumulated under my 2010 Zinger trailer 25rks. There was no water prior to replenishing the water lines. My Zinger has the fabric material from the frame to the outer wall of the trailer. Between the frame a solid material is screwed to the frame lower then the fabric. Should I remove the solid material will I have access to the water lines under the trailer, or does the fabric run from one side to the other outer edge.
The black typar mat'l should run under the whole trailer , that keeps the batt insulation that is behind it dry.

I have a similar model ZT BH 2012. New to it but my experience (follow my post on fallen fresh water tank) is now and sadly pretty extensive.
The membrane as stated is soft fabric material encasing the insulated floor and floor joists. The hard black corogted plastisized material is sometimes called "coroplast".. This is the enclosed underbelly. Secured mainly both sides with 1/2" heavy extruded continuous metal strips screwed directly to the frame through the coroplast. If you were to remove this coroplast the only water lines exposed at least on mine is the fresh water holding tank and related (very short run) hoses to that tank. All other water lines are in the TT interior and readily (?) accessible. If you are seeing water from the enclosed underbelly and no evidence of a leak in the interior of TT, my money is on the tank and or fittings/connections to the FW Tank. Good luck hope this helps. But I just spent two weeks on my back under mine, so I'm pretty aquatinted, bordering on intimate with it.
