Extreme warping of the bottom slide rail indoors

I have a 2021 CrossRoads Volante and the corner of the slide on the #2 slide ( the one on left rear wall of the 5th wheel ) buckles up very badly when I put this slide all the wayout. It does this on the left corner the most but the other corner opposite side to less degree as well. Its buckled this rubber corner so badly it popped the vertical board going up the wall and I had to put screws in it to keep it on the wall but its in a serious bind even after I screwed it back t the left slide riser. SEE THE ATTACHED PHOTO FOR DETAILS.

This 5th wheel has a (3) year structural warranty on it and I am wondering how to go about filing a warranty claim if this qualifies. I would certainly think it does. The 5t wheel was bought Oct. 2nd 2021 from the original owner. I bought it 10 weeks ago from the original owner and feel certain the warranty is transferrable.

Yalls comments please!

Looks like it's out of adjustment, and extending out to far.
I believe in our document section there is info for that.

I wonder if the vertical moulding is too long and that is why it is bulging. Do you think that shortening that moulding would help both problems?

If I had to guess, I'd say you have the cable drive slideout. The slideout is the BAL Accuslide if it is.
It is fairly apparent that one side is going out farther than the other.
The slideout mechanisms (cables?) are pulling out unevenly.
There are a number of YouTube videos that show how to adjust it.
If you do it yourself, have a lot of time and patience.
