Ok I have attempted to figure out this photo posting thing. but nothing I have done has worked. I know I can post pics using this website pic webpage. but I cant get to that area what am I doing wrong. I know it is something simple. but I haven't got it yet. Help!

OK I got the photo in there but I have changed the size 20 times and it keeps posting large. I'm scratching my head.
