We've been listening to everyone here since our last website update, taking into consideration how we've noticed the site being used and your expressions about how you feel about the newest design direction.

With that in mind, we have decided to take the site in a new direction. Utilizing more modern methods of design and usability, we have come up with something we think you will like. The new design is intended to be much cleaner, more usable and more readable.

Our intention is to make the information you are looking for available in the easiest way possible, centered around the product lines themselves. The new system for the site will also make it much easier for us to post updates to the products you love, give you easier access to customer support, and provide more efficient tools for our customers, such as inventory and dealer searches, registration, etc.

We have included a preview of the direction we are headed at this time and welcome any feedback you may have. We will keep this post updated as we progress, including more design screenshots as various steps are completed. Please continue to check back over time to see what we have planned.

Thank You,
CrossRoads RV Marketing

Just looking at the snapshot I can already express the sincere thank you from my eyes and brain. The previous site was cutting edge but way to cluttered and featured the Circus folks that most of us don't know (or want to know).

I look forward to exploring your new website.

Did I finally do something right? haha

This is just the front page of the Sunset Trail site of the new Web 2.0 I'm excitted about the direction and the ease of use. It sounds like others are liking the direction as well.

I'll be posting more updates as they become available.

Thanks and have a great weekend.

As a former CrossRoads owner I still follow the forum, there is a tremendous amount of information from some very experienced campers who share freely. The new design is clean, uncluttered and easy to navigate. Well Done and Thanks !!

When I try to send a private message to crossroadsrv or anyone else, it changes to me and I get the message instead of who I want to send it to. Why is that?

Thanks Tom, if the preview is any indication it'll be a vast improvement.
