New rig on order.

Well guys, I went with another brand. The 211Rd has been an outstanding first hard sided rv for us. But now being retired and having more time to travel together she was getting a little tight for us. After months of research we went with a grand design transcend xplor 245RL. It checked most of the boxes as to our requirements. I like aluminum skinned trailers, my wife likes the rear living and we opted to replace dinette with theatre seats. Pick it up next week.

She especially likes the fact it has a slide which will be a first for us. If it serves us half as good as the 211rd I will be happy.

I never posted much, but when I did you all were fantastic. I learned so much from you and the many posts that are out there.

So thank you. I will still be a lurker since all brands have so much in common.

Safe travels to all.

Jim

That's a nice unit Jim! Congratulations!
I have a feeling you folks are going to be very happy and pleased with your selection.
Like previously stated, glad your sticking around.

Enjoy your retirement AND the new rig.
