City Water Connection

My 300BH was just purchased in April and yesterday I noticed the city water connection is starting to pull lose from the trailer. Not a major problem yet, but the top screw has pulled free and I can see a small gap. You would think they would reinforce this area because there is always downward pressure caused by the loaded hose hooked up to it. I think this must be a common problem with RV's because my son also has a fairly new trailer, different brand, and his pulled completely free and started leaking inside the trailer before he noticed the problem. Any others out there with a similar problem? How did you deal with it?
