A bearing buddy is designed to hold pressure against the back seal to prevent water getting in when submerged. RV seals will not stand the pressure and you load up the brake drums with grease.

we have survived 5 degree for a few hours in the Kingston with polertec. Thermostat on 65 If you have full hookups get a heated waterhose and let the water run a little. leave gray tank valve open.
